Project Overview
Appointed by the client to provide feasibility and due diligence services for the construction of a food retail store within an existing multistorey steel framed building that has undergone significant modifications over time.
The feasibility study focused on assessing the load capacity of the existing structure, evaluating vertical movement solutions for goods and people between the basement and ground floor levels, and examining the visual impact of the front elevation.
