Tim Horton’s, Oldham

Tim Horton's is a Canadian multinational fast-food restaurant chain known for its coffee and donuts amongst other items.

As part of multiple projects for Tim Horton’s involving the conversion of existing buildings or fitting out new shells, this particular project focused on the structural alterations of a disused public house.

The objective was to identify the scope of works required to convert the building into a restaurant. Civil engineering works were also undertaken to improve parking and facilitate alterations necessary for drive-thru facilities.
