An existing 3 storey loadbearing masonry structure which had undergone various unrecorded alterations throughout its life.

Subteno were appointed to schedule intrusive investigations and assist with development of the retail layout to limit further structural works and project costs.

Further structural complications were discovered during the construction phase that necessitated a reactive approach to maintain the construction programme.
