Project Overview

The Obana is a self-elevating, heavy-lift jack-up vessel used for   decommissioning complex offshore platforms.

This project involved the design of a new offshore interface hang-off stair tower and sectional personnel gangway, featuring a removable pedestal landing to accommodate elevation differences and provide interface flexibility.

Our scope encompassed detailed design of all joints and connections, supported by finite element method (FEM) analysis for several complex assemblies, along with the preparation of fabrication drawings.
