Project Overview
The extensive redevelopment of a 900 year old Grade I listed Keep involved replacing internal floors and creating rooftop access for the first time.
We provided specialist structural engineering services, including the temporary and permanent design of steel connections and detailed installation sequencing plans.
Critical connections were analysed using finite element (FE) methods to ensure structural integrity.
