Redevelopment of a former Shopping Centre into a multi storey Office and Retail Space. Originally constructed in the 1980’s, the superstructure had recently been demolished   and rebuilt above ground to create new multi storey office space with retail units on the ground floor.

Subteno was initially appointed by the client to provide feasibility and due diligence services to assess the structural performance of the building shell and identify future structural works. Subsequently, we were novated to the main contractor to undertake structural alterations and fit out works for the development of a premium food store.
