Project Overview

Offshore bridge interfacing typically refers to the connection and integration between an offshore structure and a jack up barge, often in the context of offshore platforms, wind farms, or marine terminals.

Design of a temporary interface gangway, hang-off frame, and stair assembly to facilitate safe personnel transfer between the Valaris 122 jack-up drilling rig and the Jackdaw jacket, preceding the installation of a new topside.

Our scope included detailed structural interface engineering for the personnel access bridge, featuring a cranked configuration beneath the CTU enclosure, as well as the design of the staircase and cantilevered hang-off frame.
