The project involved the demolition of an existing public house and the   construction of a new mixed use retail building with an integrated petrol   filling station.

Subteno provided comprehensive civil and structural engineering services, the project entailed demolition of the existing building and design of a new structural frame, carefully considering the impact of overhead power lines. 

Additionally, we designed the drainage systems and pavement

works.
