Project Overview
40 Broadway is a new building consisting of a 100,00 sq ft 8 storey office development. It features a steel frame structure connected to a central reinforced concrete core.
Our scope included the structural design of steel-to-steel connections based on forces supplied by the frame designer. Additionally, we designed the temporary bracing system and developed the steel erection sequence.
