Supporting construction
and the environment

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Subteno was born from a collaboration between friends, with aspirations to support the construction industry with modern engineering services.

At the centre of our business, we believe that:

  • Open communication enhances efficient design and drives expectations.

  • Our structure recognises equality and transparency through all staff, promoting and encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and continual professional development.

  • We aim to make engineering approachable and understood by all, ensuring our advice is fully considered, inherently safe and economically and environmentally sensitive.

We leverage our teams diverse experience (past and present) to provide simple, commercially attractive, engineered solutions to our Clients problems.

We take due consideration of:

Raw material cost and availability.

Site layout, condition, and design challenges.

Sequence of construction (Incl. temporary works)
